Andrew brings over 20 years of financial industry expertise to S Madigan & Associates. He has served in numerous roles at Citi and JPMorgan Chase, operating across multiple consumer verticals in North America, Europe, and Asia. With a proven track record of transforming operations to reduce cost while improving the client experience, he delivers meaningful and measurable results.

Most recently he served as Managing Director, Head of Servicing Transformation for JPMC - Home Lending, achieving an industry leading cost to serve and customer experience. Prior to this role, based in Singapore, he ran Core Operations for Citi’s Asia Consumer Business.

Over the last 5 years Andrew has continued to serve the community as a Board Member for the Phoenix Indian Center.

Iann brings more than 30 years of experience in mortgage servicing, process optimization, and software design. Throughout her career, she has partnered with leading financial institutions to enhance the customer experience, evaluate and implement scalable technology solutions, and serve as a strategic bridge between servicers, account managers, and product development teams.

Iann excels at translating complex mortgage servicing regulations and requirements into clear, actionable strategies that deliver value to both servicers and their customers. She is recognized for combining deep industry expertise and knowledge of servicing guidelines with a strong, client-focused approach.

Iann holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA with a concentration in Information Technology.

​Steve brings more than three decades of experience in enterprise technology, contract negotiations, and platform modernization. During 31 years with ICE Mortgage Technology (formerly Black Knight), he managed strategic accounts totaling more than $750 million in contract value and helped leading financial institutions improve efficiency and shape long-term technology strategy.

His expertise spans vendor evaluation, procurement, customer success, and aligning technology with business needs, building on earlier strategic sourcing experience at Lockheed Martin.

Steve holds an MBA in Leadership from Jacksonville University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.

Chrissy brings more than 20 years of marketing leadership in mortgage technology, financial services, and real estate technology to S Madigan & Associates. Across the FNF, FIS, LPS, Black Knight, and ICE family of companies, she has built and scaled enterprise marketing functions, guided brand and messaging through corporate rebrands and acquisitions, and helped lenders, servicers, and real estate professionals adopt complex technology.

Her expertise spans demand generation, brand governance, and marketing technology. Most recently at ICE, she led account-based and customer adoption programs in close partnership with Sales. She builds on earlier work as Creative and Digital Director at Black Knight and the launch of the Vegas Golden Knights brand.

Chrissy holds a BFA from Jacksonville University and has served the community as President of the Stanton Rowing Foundation and Rotaract of Florida's First Coast.
