Sandra Madigan is a strategic consultant and digital transformation leader with over 20 years of experience driving innovation and operational excellence in financial technology. She specializes in helping mortgage lenders and software providers navigate complex challenges, accelerate product development, and achieve measurable business outcomes.

As Founder and CEO of S Madigan & Associates, Sandra partners with leadership and C-suite executives across all company sizes to address mission-critical priorities in product management, SaaS strategy, digital transformation, mortgage origination and servicing, M&A decisions, and market positioning.

Sandra most recently served as General Manager and VP of Servicing Technologies at InterContinental Exchange (ICE Mortgage Technology)  In this role, she led comprehensive business transformation spanning people, processes, and technology, overseeing an enterprise-wide technology portfolio while delivering consistent year-over-year revenue growth through strategic initiatives including organic market share expansion, new product development, and targeted M&A activities.

Throughout her tenure in leadership roles at ICE/Black Knight, Sandra directed enterprise product strategy, managed operations across multiple business divisions, and established industry thought leadership through published articles in premier trade publications including MBA Insights, National Mortgage News, and American Banker, along with regular speaking engagements at leading industry conferences and podcasts.
